UNA Boulder (United Nations Association of Boulder County) is a grassroots nonprofit connecting volunteers across the Rockies region with hands-on work in global engagement and community service. You don't need to live in Boulder County - our volunteer program is open region-wide, including Denver, Colorado Springs, and Fort Collins.
We're 100% volunteer-run. Every event, campaign, and program exists because someone chose to show up for it. If you care about global issues and want to do something with that, there's a place for you here.

Anyone 18 and up. We welcome university students, working professionals, and community members at any stage - no international affairs background required, just genuine interest and a willingness to contribute.
Volunteering vs. Interning at UNA Boulder
Volunteering is flexible and project-based - a good fit if you want to contribute on your own schedule without an ongoing commitment. Our internship program is more structured, often tied to academic requirements, and involves a deeper ongoing role. Not sure which fits you? Reach out and we'll help you figure it out.
