Our Mission:
The Communications & Digital Committee strengthens UNA-BC’s public presence by managing the systems, content workflows, and digital touchpoints that keep our community informed, engaged, and connected. We ensure that our website, social media, email communications, and marketing materials reflect the chapter’s values and make it easy for people to find their place with us.

Through strategic communication and digital infrastructure, the Communications & Digital Committee ensures that UNA-BC’s mission reaches across Colorado and invites meaningful participation. Our work directly advances Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 17 (Partnerships for the Goals) by building the platforms, systems, and channels that connect people to education, advocacy, and community engagement opportunities. We also support SDG 4 (Quality Education) by making learning resources accessible, and SDG 16 (Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions) by promoting transparent, accountable communication that builds trust and informed civic participation.

We keep unaboulder.org accurate, current, and easy to navigate: a central hub for events, resources, and ways to get involved.
Social Media
Through Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms, we share updates, amplify events, and cultivate a vibrant online community.
Email & Newsletters
We deliver consistent, mission-aligned communications directly to members’ inboxes: from event invitations to impact highlights.
Marketing & Design
We create flyers, digital graphics, and promotional materials that make UNA-BC events and campaigns clear, compelling, and accessible.
Content Coordination
We work across all committees to maintain an editorial calendar, ensuring that our messaging is timely, cohesive, and aligned with chapter priorities.

UN Day 2024 & 2025
Supported promotion and coverage for community education events, including the 2024 panel on human trafficking and the UN80 celebration in 2025.
International Human Rights Award
Designed promotional materials, managed social media campaigns, and coordinated email outreach for this annual signature event.
Documentary Screenings
Promoted “Shadow Games” (2024) at the SIE Film Center and “My Sweet Land” in partnership with the CU Armenian Association, supporting strong community turnout.
Bill Kellogg Speaker Series
Provided ongoing promotional support, registration pages, and post-event recaps for this monthly public program at the Boulder Public Library.
Intergenerational Model UN
Amplified this innovative program connecting retirement communities and students through social media and email outreach.
Advocacy Campaigns
Supported promotion for federal in-district meetings, Day at the Capitol, and advocacy trainings with clear calls-to-action and accessible materials.
Website Refresh
Streamlined navigation, updated committee pages, and made it easier for visitors to find volunteer opportunities and event information.
