CEDAW AMBASSADOR GUIDE FOR CO CEDAW TASK FORCE MEMBERS

National CEDAW Leadership

Dear Cities for CEDAW allies,

We hope this finds you well.

We are writing briefly to touchbase about CSW 2019.

Soon-Young Yoon (IAW), June Zeitlin (The Leadership Conference), and I are working to confirm a date, time, and location for our small annual meeting of advocates and local governments working to advance CEDAW locally in the United States.   Unfortunately, the UN Foundation is in the process of moving so they are unable to host us this year.

We are currently looking for meeting locations for the first week of CSW (week of March 11) near the UN, as well as at Columbia Law School as a back up.  As soon as space is confirmed, we will let you know the exact time and date of the meeting during the week of March 11, as well as the location.

Thank you all for your patience.

Best,

JoAnn, June, and Soon-Young
