WORLD ORDER # 1 Response to the carnage of war
First families, then clans, then tribes, then city state (they then joined – by conquest usually – to deal with water issues (Nile and Tigris Euphrates.)
Then empires with leaders considered Gods. then the Roman Catholic Church took over in the West; Arabic Caliphates in the East out of which cane the guiding idea of the Divine Right of Kings. The Reformation messed this up so wars raged centered on religion and political power. Finally the carnage led to the creation of a world order for Europe. This set the basis for World Order #1.
